48. Training your user is losing money
Training a user on how to use a product attempts to close the gap of unresolved complexity through knowledge transfer.

Not only is it expensive, but it must be repeated for each user.
It doesn’t scale.
If the tool absorbs that complexity, then the cost of training should be multiplied by a number tending to zero.
Expecting the user to operate the product only if trained is to capitulate on the complexity we didn’t solve in our product.
The solution isn’t to eliminate training, but to eliminate the need for training.
The user is king
