DNA cannot be changed.

Culture, however, can.

Culture is what all teams do when no one is watching.

Yet, there is no guarantee that your teams will act in a specific way.

Uncertainty is part of management.

Accepting this is vital to understand that nothing is set in stone and culture needs to be constantly cultivated.

Similarly, there is no such thing as “The company”; there is a group of people who make things happen.
