75. The Paradox of Work

YOU MUST ASPIRE TO BECOME EXPENDABLE.

That’s the paradox of work.

If you do your job well enough, if you don’t build dependency, in most cases, you’re going to be out of a job.

That is the argument of many for not trying hard enough and generating dependency.

But it is also the argument of so many others to turn the page and evolve.
